The Fellowship is led spiritually by the Founder & Source Guardian, the senior ecclesiastical office charged with preserving the Source Loop, doctrine, liturgy, ordination standards, and source-integrity of the church. Civil affairs are stewarded by the Temporal Board of Directors; formation is carried through the Source Institute and Council of Ministers; worship is embodied in The First Circle; and safeguarding is supported by a Safety & Ethics Council and Ombudsperson. No person personally owns the church, its donations, or its charitable assets.
ii · The Register of Offices
The Register of Offices.
- Founder & Source Guardian Senior ecclesiastical leader; final source-integrity authority for doctrine, liturgy, ordination standards, and authorized use of the Fellowship's marks. The office confers religious authority, not ownership.
- Source Integrity Office The apex standardization body: keeps the doctrine registry, the SourceLink Liturgy, and the standard expression of the faith.

Safety & Ethics Council — complaint intake, safeguarding, and adverse-event review. It may review the conduct of any person in the Fellowship, without exception.
Ombudsperson — an independent channel for members and the public, with a recorded no-retaliation commitment.
Outside counsel and independent directors — entity counsel, tax and compliance review, and a board whose majority is independent of the founder.

The Founder & Source Guardian may not personally own donations, bank accounts, church property, or charitable assets; may not set personal compensation without independent review; may not override conflict-of-interest rules; may not authorize illegal conduct; may not override the no-controlled-activity boundary; may not obstruct complaint intake, whistleblower reports, counsel review, insurance obligations, or board fiduciary duties; and may not bind the Fellowship to debt or contracts without Temporal Board authority.
